What delivery options do you offer?
There could be a short delay with shipping, due to the COVID-19 impact on postal services.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - is included in the purchase price.
Next Working Day Delivery in the UK (if ordered before 9am Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - starts at £6.00 (the charge is dependent on package size and weight, see Royal Mail's website www.postoffice.co.uk/mail/uk-standard)
Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Europe Standard Delivery (3-6 Working Days) - £5.00
Europe Tracked Delivery (4-5 Working Days) - £15.00
Rest of World Standard Delivery (5-8 Working Days) - £5.00
Rest of World Tracked Delivery (6-9 Working Days) - £20.00
*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, custom delays, local postal delays and tech updates) which result in a longer delivery. How does your UK standard delivery service work?
If you order with us before pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.
How does your UK next day delivery service work?
If you order with us before 9am Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you the next working day. For example, if you order before 9am on Monday for next day delivery, your order should be with you by Tuesday, if you order after 9am on Monday, your order should be with you by Wednesday. Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes you can, if your selected postal service provides order tracking, this can be found with your order confirmation.
What happens if nobody's in when my order is delivered?
Our couriers will make attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. If our couriers have attempted to deliver your parcel after and failed this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. If you’re an International customer and no one is home during delivery then your parcel may also be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.
Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box Address.
