At Mellow Turtle, we want you to love your gear almost as much as you love pickleball. If something arrives that isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Items that arrive damaged or defective

The Fine Print:

• Prefund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
• Send us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective.
• Contact us at Support@mellowturtle.com and we’ll help get things sorted out.
